Shipping policy

All aero products are shipped with a signature required and fully insured through UPS Ground.

All non-signature required shipments are fully insured and will have a tracking number provided. If the shipping company shows the package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for the product. Please ensure you enter the correct shipping location information. 

For all international orders : All tariffs, import fees, taxes and broker fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser agrees to pay all fees responsible with customs, not claimed property, or any other fees associated with the shipping/importing of the product.
