This is the original C5 carbon fiber roof spoiler—designed and pioneered by us, and the only 100% pre-preg carbon fiber roof spoiler available for the C5 Corvette. No overlays. No replicas. No shortcuts.

Each spoiler is handmade to order using true pre-preg carbon fiber and proper curing methods to ensure superior strength, fitment, and finish. Because we are a small, independent manufacturer and build every unit by hand, these are not stocked items.

NOTE: While we have utilized 3D scanning technology to get as close to perfect tolerances as possible, this part may require adjusting your C5 hatch hinges to allow the hatch to open without causing rubbing on the corners of the roof spoiler. The gap between the "halo" bar and roof spoiler when fully open are very tight and can very based off age of vehicle. Please test fit and make appropriate modifications to ensure clearance if needed before painting or wrapping.

Some customers are able to use the roof spoiler with no modifications needed, while others have needed modifications to ensure no rubbing when fully open. Customers have had success with the following steps. 

1. Adjusting the hatch hinges. Please check out our youtube video on how to adjust your C5 hatch with a few simple steps. WATCH YOUTUBE VIDEO
2. Slight sanding may be required to clearance the spoiler. 
3. Shorter gas struts to limit maximum hatch opening clearance.

Please note: While we utilize 3D scanning to to get as close to OEM fitment as possible, all parts should be installed by a professional to ensure desired fitment. Roof spoiler is designed to be applied to rear window glass following the window gasket contour. Due to age of vehicles it is possible that the roof spoiler may need to be installed slightly below or above gasket contour or "splitting the difference" to get desired fitment.  

Carbon fiber parts may have slight imperfections to the finished surface which can be repaired with slight sanding and resurfacing and are not considered damaged.
